Order Cancellation:

  • Order, once placed, can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, you can write to our customer support team at info@searchfoundation.in or call us at +91-9901-819-495
  • Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation will be entitled, nor will any modification in orders.

The customer is not eligible for a refund under the below conditions:

1.  Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;

2.  Brand packaging should be intact along with the tag;

3.  Replacement of a product will be subject to the product’s availability on the website at that time.

Refund for a Product Bought on Our Website is Possible If

1.  The product is lost during transit.

2.  The consumer has received a damaged product, or there’s mishandling during transport.

3.  The product has an expiry of less than 1 month.

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered as per your prior specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify the Search Foundation Customer Support team immediately or within 48 hours of receiving the products to ensure resolution. Please note that searchfoundation.in will not accept any complaints if you fail to notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Please Note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and the bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or any 3rd party wallet, the standard time will be 5 -7 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

How to Request a Refund:

  • For any complaints regarding product quality, damage, or missing products from the order, the customer needs to drop in a complaint mail at info@searchfoundation.in within 48 hours from the date of delivery to request a refund / reorder.
  • The mail needs to have your order details, including why you’re requesting a refund; attach photos and videos of the product(s) to allow us to understand and resolve your concern better.
  •  We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
  • Searchfoundation.in will not be responsible for any quality-related issues. Any complaints regarding quality concerns will be escalated to the brand for further resolution.

Terms Of Sale

1 Search Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline any orders.

2 Search Foundation reserves the right to discontinue any program or offer on its Website.

3 Search Foundation reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity of any Products available on their website (Searchfoundation.in)

4. Search Foundation can decline an order if the customer’s address is wrong or falls outside the delivery zone.

5. Search Foundation can decline an order if the delivery executive fails to contact the customer by phone or email when delivering the Order.

6.  Search Foundation can decline an order if there is any lack of information, direction, or authorization from the customer at the time of delivery

.7. Search Foundation can decline an order due to the unavailability of all the items ordered by the customer at the time of booking the Order or dispatching it.

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITY REGARDING THE TASTE / MIXABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. If there is any concern, you need to raise it to Brand and there is no return/replacement for the same.

We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.
