Search Foundation reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Search Foundation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without any prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item or not supply an item. In the event, an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers. Search Foundation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Shipping

We usually ship the product within 24-48 business hours after receiving the order. Transit times are determined basis your location but generally, it takes 4-5 working days to deliver the products to your doorstep. However, shipping may be varied during acts of nature, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances that may impede the logistical planning. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us and expedited shipping shall be organized if possible.

Please note the tracking id will be available under the ‘My Orders’ section only after dispatch which is usually 24-48 hours after placing the order. As an operating guideline, orders equal to and under INR 1500, shall carry a nominal shipping fee based on location.

Missing/Damaged Items

In case a product is missing/damaged in your order please reach out to us on info@searchfoundation.in with the name & quantity of the product missing and attach the images of the products already received. Also share the image of the outer packaging box along with the invoice. Once we receive the email we will check with our internal team and after the investigation we will send the missing items or damaged items to you in 10 working days.

In case you have received the wrong product or completely wrong order please follow the same process and we shall arrange for a replacement within 5-6 working days.

Please note: For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to another, etc. products would not be applicable for return. We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.
